By completing registration, participants acknowledge that yoga involves physical movement and that they are responsible for participating within their own ability, comfort level, and health needs.

All levels are welcome. No experience is needed. Modifications will be offered.

What to Know Before You Attend
Bring Your Mat
Please bring a yoga mat. Comfortable clothing and water are also recommended.
Arrive Early
Please arrive early for check-in, setup, and preparation before class begins.
